Corporate
Taxation
Corporations registered to operate either federally or provincially
are required to file a tax return to Revenue Canada and EACH
Province that they operate in. Any taxes owing must be paid within
90 days of the Corporation's fiscal year-end. Tax returns, along
with complete financial statements, must be completed and filed
within 6 months of the fiscal year-end.
The Accounting Place, with the latest versions of tax preparation
software and access to extensive databases, ensures that your
corporation will take advantage of every deduction available. In
addition, corporations and businesses operating in Canada are
required to file returns for the Goods and Services Tax,
Harmonized Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax. These returns
are filed on a schedule determined by Revenue Canada or the
appropriate Provincial Authority and may be required monthly.
